SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO SCHOOLS PARTICIPATING IN THE CAMPBELL'S LABELS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. There are two ways to enter the Campbell's Labels for Education Holiday Bonus Point Sweepstakes: 1) To Enter with Labels for Education Deposit: Enter code EM1B749 on the upper right hand corner of your order & banking form, fill out order & banking form, submit form and a minimum of 2,500 UPCs for the Labels for Education program between 10/21/09 and 12/31/09, according to the official order & banking instructions. Submissions may include bonus certificates, but only UPC/cap quantity will be counted toward this bonus. You will receive a bonus equal to 2,500 bonus points for your qualifying deposit. Limit one bonus per school. Bonus points will be directly deposited into each qualifying school's account within 7 days of the qualifying deposit submission. Qualifying schools will also automatically receive one sweepstakes entry. Offer begins 10/21/09 and ends 12/31/09. Each submission must be hand written, mailed in accordance with the official Labels for Education program rules, be postmarked by 12/31/09 & received by 1/11/10. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Submissions for bonus point sweepstakes must include offer code to be eligible. 2) Free method of entry: Hand print coordinator name, address, phone number & school name/address on a 3" x 5" paper. Mail to: Campbell's Labels for Education Holiday Bonus Point Sweepstakes, PO Box 1160, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1160. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be hand written, mailed in a separate stamped envelope, be postmarked by 12/31/09 & received by 1/11/10. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate submission information or for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, misplaced, mutilated, or postage due entries submissions. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. Prizes/Drawing: [3] Grand Prizes: Grand Prize Winning schools will each receive a 100,000 Campbell's Labels for Education bonus point certificate to be awarded to their school. Average Retail Value: $1,150.00/each. Certificates will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Labels for Education bonus point certificates can only be redeemed by eligible schools via proper Labels for Education procedures. Odds depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 1/12/10 by Arrowhead Promotion, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. Prizes will be awarded as long as there are a sufficient number of eligible entries.

3. Prize Restrictions: Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winning school. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, misplaced, mutilated, or postage due entries or mail. Winners receiving a prize may be required to sign & return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions allowed except by Sponsors due to unavailability of a prize at time of award or as specified herein. By entering entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor, their respective employees, directors, officers & agents, member clubs, subsidiary & affiliated companies from any & all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

4. Eligibility: Open to all schools participating in the Campbell's Labels for Education program as of 10/21/09, located in the United States, except employees or agents of Sponsor, their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agencies, & members of their immediate families. Subject to all federal, state & local laws & regulations.
